Please read these terms before creating an account or using CardLink.
These Terms and Conditions apply to account creation and use of CardLink during this proof-of-concept period.
- Account use. You must provide accurate signup details and keep your credentials private.
- PoC status. CardLink is a proof-of-concept and may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.
- Gas and transaction fees. You acknowledge and agree that you trust CardLink to provide an honest and good rate for gas and transaction fees. Fee quotes are estimates based on live network conditions and routing and may change before or during execution.
- Execution modes. CardLink may use wallet-direct execution or relayer execution. In relayer mode, you may approve payment and gas-fee spending through Permit2.
- Spending controls. Your spending profile settings, token limits, and PoC cap checks can block or limit payments.
- Wallet and network risk. Blockchain transactions can fail, revert, or settle at different final costs because of congestion, slippage, or third-party infrastructure outages.
- Feedback and service operations. If you submit feedback, CardLink may store your account username, submission text, and related metadata for product improvement and operational review.
- Acceptable use. Do not use CardLink for unlawful activity, abuse, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.
